The main botanicals in this Staibano Positano Gin are juniper, rosemary and Amalfi lemons along with 4 other secret ingredients. Once distilled, Staibano adds an Amalfi lemon oil infusion so as to give it a wonderful perfume and light lemon flavour to the gin.
We recommend to serve it with Mediterranean tonic, basil leaf and lemon rind.
This gin is dedicated to Cesco Amodio’s great grandfathers wife Lucia who wasn’t so much of a fan of his liqueurs but preferred the less sweet and strength of Gin!
