Affogato means ‘drowned’ in Italian as the vanilla ice cream is drowned in the fresh hot shot of Espresso.
Serve in a glass cup.
Ingredients
45mL Grappa
30mL Kimbo Espresso Ground Coffee
15mL Coffee Liqueur such as Kahlua
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a glass cup, and blend the other ingredients and pour over. Serve immediately.
