Description
Fontana Reale Falanghina Beneventano IGP Bio vineyard is located in the Benevento region of Campania, a hilly area north of Naples, and was the first winery in Campania to certify their entire organic production process since 1992.
It currently produces wine, oil and honey from organic farming and covers an area of about 20 hectares.

Vinification: Static settling of the must after soft pressing of the whole bunches; addition of selected yeasts & fermentation & maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Fermentation temperature: 16°C
Bottling period: In the months of April & May following the harvest.
Tasting notes: Beautiful bright straw yellow colour, on the nose, aromas of citrus, pineapple, white peach.
Palate: Fresh and satisfying; successful balance between acidity, flavour and volume, never excessive. Full and dry finish.
Serving temperature: 10°C-12°C
Alcohol: 13%

Ideal with: Shellfish and first course light dishes such as insalata caprese.
