With the worldwide spread of the COVID-19, we are committed to adhere to the WHO (World Health Organization) and Government directives. As our products are imported from Italy, we are also closely following the directives and protocols advised by the relevant authorities.
All of us at Campania Wines have been trained to adhere to the current requirements and are following strictly any new additions to the Health and Safety procedures and protocols.
It is of vital importance for us to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of everyone, therefore we have made some necessary changes to our operations. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Availability of Products
We are working closely with suppliers to restock products regularly so all customers get what they’ve ordered each time they shop but please bear in mind that we receive our items from Italy and there might be a longer wait for us to receive the shipment.

Shipping Your Order- We use Parcelforce as our carrier, and due to the current enforcements in place at the Parcelforce depots, we are unable to drop off shipments to our local depot. We are however, are able to drop off parcels for collection at our local post office, where Parcelforce will collect the parcels. Collections are limited to 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We cannot guarantee that when you place your order, your purchase will arrive within 48 hours as a minimum.
Here are some ways to help make a difference:
Buy responsibly-We continue to see high demand for certain products as customers are choosing to stock up. To help our community in this time of need, we will be monitoring the orders and limiting the quantities ordered so that everyone can get what they need.
Please also make sure there is somebody to pick up the order at the delivery address, or add a note to the delivery instructions with directions to a safe place or neighbour, or the order will be returned.
