Description
Pastificio Di San Martino has been established since 1912 in the pasta capital of Italy: Gragnano. They select only the best Italian durum wheat, mixing natural spring water from nearby Forma, extrude the pasta through bronze dyes, and allow to naturally dry at low temperature, as specified by the Protected Geographical Location (PGI) specification of Gragnano Pasta.
Surrounded by the Lattari (Milky) mountains, a constant sea breeze, and a mild climate, this is where perfect pasta is made.
Dolce & Gabbana in collaboration with Di Martino have designed the special edition pasta range, using the colours, symbols and iconic monuments that make ‘Il Bel Paese’ so special
