The De Angelis Winery is located in the heart of Sorrento town. Established in 1930, this small enterprise produces a variety of wines from grapes grown in the local hills, producing a variety of wines which perfectly match the local cuisine.
Solaro is a blend of Greco and Falanghina. The Greco giving the wine minerality, the Falanghina flavours of small white flowers and white stone fruit.
In the glass, the wine is straw yellow It is fruity and floral, fine and elegant. Its taste is dry, quite warm, quite soft, fresh, well structured, quite intense and persistent.
Grape Varieties: Greco 80%, Falanghina 20%
Vinification: After decanting at low temperature, the must ferments for about 20 days in steel vats with temperature control, with maturation in stainless steel tanks.
Ideal with white fish or grilled chicken.
Alcohol: 12.5%
