Description
San Salvatore’s Cecerale Fiano is produced at Capaccio, Paestum at an altitude of 150-210m above sea level where the soil is a mixture of clay and limestone.
Vinification: Manual harvesting. The grapes are crushed and the stalks are removed and then immediately pressed. All the production process takes place without the use of any preservatives. After the fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature, is aged for 6 months on its lees. No sulphites added at any stage of the fermentation process. The wine’s appearance is classic straw yellow. On the nose, citrus fruits, peaches and white flowers. On the palate, fruity and floral with a long finish.
