Feudi di San Gregorio Privilegio dessert wine starts with the grapes being dried on their bunches for approximately 8 weeks until they reach their optimum sugar level.
Aged in barriques for 6 to 8 months, and aged further for a minimum of 1 year in the bottle.
Feudi Di San Gregorio’s dessert wine is golden yellow. On the nose, you can identify dried apricot and delicate white flowers.
In the mouth,aromas of dried apricot, peach and smoky spices. The silkiness and softness typical of the Fiano variety are enriched by broad acidity and minerality. The finish is long and is reminiscent of citrus peel, cinnamon and the skin of a white peach.
