Description
The name Tempa di Zoè refers not only to a physical place; it is, above all, a declaration of intent. “Tempa” is the word for the rolling hills of Cilento that stretch down to the sea from north to south.
Zoè is the Greek word for the essence of life, the universal principle common to the animal, vegetable and mineral worlds.
The vineyards, located in Torchiara, stretch over two hectares planted with Aglianico vines.
Grapes: Mainly Aglianico & other red grape varieties
Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks after soft pressing
Maturation: 4 Months in stainless steel tanks
Ageing: 2 Months in the bottle
Tasting Notes: It is a “Coastal” Rosé, with hints of citrus, raspberry, white cherry. On the palate it is fresh & savoury, the hints of fruit are abundant and persistent.
