Description
Montevetrano Core Bianco Campania IGT is made from a blend of Greco and Fiano grapes produced in the Sannio region, within the province of Benevento.
Core was released to celebrate Montevetrano’s 20th anniversary in 2011. In Neapolitan dialect, Core means heart.
After harvest, the fruit undergoes a cryomaceration process in order to preserve the freshness of the must. The grape varieties are then separated during the alcoholic fermentation process due to the difference the two grape varieties behave in the maturation process.
