The history of Gragnano and pasta making go back centuries. La Fabbrica Della Pasta have taken their intimate knowledge of pasta making, and created an artisan range of pasta shapes.
Paccheri which translates as ‘little slaps’, (not in a confrontational way) is a traditional shaped pasta used in Neapolitan cuisine. The pasta is large enough for it to be stuffed and baked.
