The history of Gragnano and pasta making go back centuries. La Fabbrica Della Pasta have taken their intimate knowledge of pasta making, and created an artisan range of pasta shapes.
Caserecce comes from the word ‘casereccio’, which means homemade. From the shape of the pasta, it’s a versatile pasta, which could be used with a ragu’ eaten hot, or served with spinach, pine nuts, black pepper, and olive oil as a cold pasta salad.
