Description
San Salvatore Ceraso Aglianico is produced in Carpaccio, Paestum at an altitude of 137m above sea level. The soil at that altitude is a mixture of clay and limestone.
Vinification: Manual harvest. The wine is vinified with soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks. Maceration at low temperature for 6 hours. After fermentation, it is aged for one year in cellars in stainless steel tanks.
Ceraso Aglianico is a very elegant wine with a long mineral finish. The wine’s appearance is purplish red, the nose is characterized by fresh fruit notes. In the mouth it is full and rich.
