Description
Located in Roccabascerana, with plots in Candida, Prata, and Montefusco, where the terroir and the climate allow the perfect growing conditions for the indigenous grape varieties of Falanghina , Aglianico, Greco di Tufo & Fiano. Agricola Bellaria have been producing wines of exceptional quality for several decades.
The Fiano grapes however, reaches perfect growth in Candida about 550m above sea level.
Harvest took place in the first two weeks of December 2018, where the almost dried grapes were picked manually. Fermentation and aging lasted 12 months in acacia and French oak barriques. Bottled in May 2021.

Tasting Notes: In the glass the Passito is a rich yellow gold colour. The nose has fruity scents of ripe apricot and floral hints of jasmine and vanilla. In the mouth it is sweet, full and delicious.

Serving Temperature: 10-12C
Ideal With: Strong local cheeses such as Provolone del Monaco or with sweet pastries.
