Capri Moonlight was founded from a deep appreciation for Campania’s viticulture and the distinctive charm of Capri. The winery specializes in producing and curating premium wines from the region, with a focus on delivering products that are youthful, refined, and full of character.
In partnership with Agricola Celentano, one of Capri’s last active agricultural enterprises, Capri Moonlight supports the production of 100% organic white and red wines from the Monte Solaro and Migliera estates in Anacapri.
Carefully hand-harvested and selected in the final weeks of October, at peak ripeness, Rubino reflects the dedication to quality and tradition.
Fermented and matured in stainless steel and bottle, this Campanian red wine preserves the vibrant, fruity character of its grapes—nurtured under the Southern Italian sun and rooted in sandy loam soils. The result is a wine that expresses purity, terroir, and varietal authenticity.
Grape Varieties: 75% Piedirosso, 25% Aglianico
Tasting Notes: In the glass ruby red with purple reflections. Fine and complex aromas with fruity, mineral and floral scents, plus toasted and smoky notes typical
of the vines. On the palate dry, warm and soft with good tannins, freshness and flavour. Balanced and full-bodied with good persistence and intensity.
