Feudi di San Gregorio San Greg flagship rose’ is made from the Aglianico grape and presented in it’s stylish bottle will certainly be the centre of attention at any dinner table.
Grape variety: Aglianico
Soil: Deep with a coarse texture, not calcareous, originating from falling ash and pumice.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 16°C for about 4 months.
Tasting notes: An elegant, pale-pink rosé, with delicate floral overtones layered with red berry notes. Crisp and refreshing, with nuances of cherry and wild raspberry through to an uplifting finish.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Ideal with: As an aperitif, white grilled fish, shell fish and white meats.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
