Collana Verde Wild Herb Salt is a unique blend of hand-foraged herbs from the slopes of an extinct volcano in the heart of the Roccamonfina Regional Park, Campania, South Italy. Each ingredient is carefully selected to bring the authentic taste of nature to your kitchen.
Ingredients: Sea salt (50%), nettle tops, fennel leaves, flowers and seeds, white goosefoot leaves and seeds, chicory leaves, fireweed flowers and leaves, marjoram flowers, ground elder leaves, burdock buds, wild carrot flowers, borage flowers and leaves, sorrel leaves, yarrow leaves, horseradish leaves.
This aromatic mix is perfect for seasoning salads, sauces, meat, fish, roasted vegetables, risottos, soups, and pasta dishes. Our favourite? A warm, savoury porridge drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
